250106 BICHEDAM CEO Ho-bin Moon Receives Minister of Health and Welfare Commendation

[The Korean Medicine Newspaper] Moon Ho-bin, CEO of BICHEDAM Co., Ltd., a natural compound–based pharmaceutical developer, recently received a Commendation from the Minister of Health and Welfare in recognition of his contributions to the promotion of the Korean medicine industry and the improvement of public health.

CEO Moon Ho-bin is currently collaborating with the Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine under the Ministry of Health and Welfare to develop a systolic-only hypertension treatment. He is focusing on addressing geriatric and degenerative diseases using natural compound–based ROCK inhibitors. This project is expected to strengthen the global competitiveness of Korean medicine through the development of innovative herbal pharmaceuticals.

In addition, BICHEDAM Co., Ltd. was recognized last year as an outstanding company in the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ TIPS program and the Korea Technology Finance Corporation’s Venture Camp, receiving high evaluations for its R&D achievements.
